Monday Must-Haves: Cute and Comfy

Welcome back to Monday Must-Haves! Let’s get comfy — when the temperature starts to drop, it’s time to break out your cold weather clothes. Fall means covering up with layers, but that doesn’t mean you can’t be stylish. Try adding subtle textures to your outfit, such as overlapping fabrics and embellishments like buttons and ruching. Here’s a few things I’m loving this week:Monday Must-Haves: Cute and Comfy
How amazing is that sweater? So cute and easy to style, whether you’re meeting up with a girlfriend for coffee or are heading out to conquer a corn maze. I am seriously considering splurging on it…
As for jewelry, I like to stick to things that lie closer to my body during the fall months, which keeps them warm. Nothing annoys me more than coming inside after walking in from my car and having freezing cold dangly earrings assault my naked neck. It’s time to shop for some fun new stud earrings!

Monday Must-Haves: Fall Fashion

Welcome back to Monday Must-Haves! This past week autumn has definitely been in the air, and I can’t wait! Easily my favorite season, fall means lots of soft, warm clothes and layers, layers, layers! Check out some of the fun fall accessories I love that are sure to compliment the always-trendy jewel tones of the colder months:Monday Must-Haves: Fall Fashion
If you’re looking to update your fall wardrobe, think about classic pieces that will last you for years. And for the more “fun” accessories, the key is to choose simple pieces with a twist. For example, the navy booties above are a clean silhouette and can work with jeans, a pair of tights, or even a short skirt for going out! Like Coco Chanel said, less is more!

Sunday Spins: International Love

Welcome to Sunday Spins! A weekly post where I share the hoop love — hope you guys enjoy!

I loved getting to travel across Europe for a month this summer, and this video just made me want to go do it all over again! Karina, the featured hooper, made the video below to inspire people to travel and experience things they normally wouldn’t. Follow her lead and pursue your passions! Who knows, maybe she’ll inspire you to take up hooping yourself!

This week I found a bunch of neat hooper accessories, but decided to limit myself to just three! Check out this variety of awesomeness:

Fashion How-To: Wear a Slouchy Sweater

Sweaters are super cold-weather appropriate, but they can also make you look shapeless and lumpy if you don’t pair them with the right accessories. Focus on lower body pieces that stay close to your skin to help you maintain a feminine silhouette and stay warm at the same time!
